At TerraMuse, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully checked before dispatch.

We offer exchanges on eligible products.
Refunds are provided only in specific cases, as mentioned below.

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn.

All original tags must be intact.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

Currently, we ship across most locations in India.
